Right of withdrawal.
After receipt of the order, you have the right to dissolve the purchase agreement without giving reasons for a period of 14 days. (right of withdrawal)
A return request can be made by e-mail stating the order number within 14 days after receipt of the order. After that, there is another 14 days to return it.
The right of withdrawal only applies to consumer purchases, not to business purchases. Custom work, specially ordered items or battery packs composed by us also fall outside the right of withdrawal.


Return conditions.
The packaging and/or the item must be undamaged and unused, and/or contain no traces of use.
If the product is used or damaged, we may charge a depreciation of up to 100% when the item has become unsaleable.
To assess a consumable, it is not necessary to open the packaging. For consumables whose seal, vacuum packaging or dust/light-tight packaging has been broken, this results in a 100% decrease in value.
If we find an item in this condition in a return shipment, the return will be rejected and no compensation will apply. If there is a 100% depreciation, there is the choice within 30 days of receipt to have the items destroyed by us or to return them. For returning we charge 5,99eur. (NL) or 7.99 (BE) for a parcel shipment with track & trace.


Return costs.
The costs to return an order are always for the customer.
An exception to this is when an item is defective or damaged immediately upon receipt (DOA) or within 30 days after the 1st use or when there is an item incorrectly delivered by us.
If an item does not appear to be defective, we will deduct the shipping costs incurred by us from the purchase amount to be refunded.


Returns can be made in 2 different ways:
Arrange the shipment yourself with your own carrier or by registering the return in our return portal and downloading a return label.
The costs we charge for a return label are 5.99/NL or 7.99/BE. (Parcel shipment with track & trace) When choosing to arrange the return yourself, the risk of the return shipment is always for the customer.


Wrong delivery.
It is not possible to exchange incorrectly ordered items.
Incorrectly ordered items can be exchanged as long as they meet our return conditions.
The return costs are at the expense of the customer. As soon as the return has been received we will send it
refund purchase amount according to our terms and conditions. (see refund)
Items that Battery Service has delivered incorrectly can be returned and exchanged free of charge.
As soon as they have been received, we will still send the correct ones. In case of urgency it is also possible to order them again, in which case the customer will receive a refund of the purchase amount as soon as the return has been received.


Refunds of returned items will be made within 5 working days of receipt by our payment provider to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
If there is a partially returned order, we will recalculate the order value without the returned items. If the order value falls below the threshold amount for free shipping, the shipping costs will still be charged and deducted from the refund.
