Carriers.
We use different carriers.
For parcel shipments: DPD, PostNL or DHL.
For letterbox shipments: PostNL or DHL.
We choose a carrier that best suits the order, the shipping method is indicated on the checkout page and can be adjusted there in most cases.
In some cases we are forced to change the chosen shipping method "letterbox post" to "parcel post". We will bear the additional costs.
For orders that have been sent as a parcel or as letterbox mail with track & trace, you will receive an email with the current status and tracking code after the 1st scan.
Parcel shipments are delivered once to the specified delivery address. If the 1st delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be delivered to a collection point nearby.
Collection at a collection point is possible up to 7 days after delivery. If a package is not collected, it will be returned to us. We will then charge the return costs.
In that case, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase amount minus the return costs to the account from which the payment was made.
Delivery times.
Delivery times are as stated by the carrier and are subject to change.
Battery Service is never liable for failure to meet the specified delivery times.
Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

The shipping costs include not only the postage costs, but also all other costs to process an order logistically.

Up to 50 euros: 2.95 shipping/handling costs
From 50 euros: Free shipping
Belgium and Germany
Letterbox shipment: 3.99 shipping/handling costs (max. 300 grams without track & trace)
Parcel shipment: 6.99 shipping/handling costs (max. 30 kg. with track & trace)
Rest of Europe:
Letterbox shipment: 6.99 shipping/handling costs (max. 300 grams without track & trace)
Parcel shipment: Based on weight and delivery address, calculation on the checkout page.
Surcharges abroad.
For hearing batteries, a surcharge of 20% applies to the product price for delivery to Belgium. This concerns the environmental contribution that applies in Belgium(0.057 per battery) This will be added to the shipping costs.
