Information regarding intra-Community (VAT-free) deliveries for business customers in the EU :
When specifying a valid VAT number (after a manual check at VIES) no VAT is due.
If the payment has not yet been completed (bank transfer / prepayment):
Please pay in full (incl. VAT), the VAT will be refunded automatically after receipt by our payment provider. You will then also receive the adjusted invoice.
When the payment is completed (Ideal, Bancontact, Paypal, etc.):
Once payment has been completed, we will automatically refund the VAT amount to your account after verification, and you will receive the adjusted invoice by email within 1 working day. (this replaces the invoice with VAT statement)
Guest account:
When you have checked out with a "Guest account" we will convert this into a "Customer account" You will receive an e-mail with the login details. When you log in with future data with this information, VAT will no longer be charged and the prices will be stated on our site excluding VAT.
Account VAT free after registration:
If you want to register a VAT-free account before ordering, we request that you register with a valid VAT number and send an email with the request to link the account as VAT-free. After checking we will adjust the account and (after login) no VAT will be charged. All prices are also stated without VAT.
Other duties and taxes:
In business/intra-community transactions, all mandatory (environmental) taxes that apply in the country of sale
are the responsibility of the buyer.
